Love Letters
A timeless ballad delivered with intimate warmth and unhurried phrasing.

Mrs. Mayisha Ealey-Oliver is a Denver native and current Dallas-based jazz vocalist whose sound blends warmth, elegance, and soulful precision. From the early age of 6 she had a love for jazz, attending her first concert to see Natalie Cole. At 16 she recorded her first EP "Tasty Treats from Mayisha." Trained in music theory and jazz vocals by her grandfather, composer Sam E. Bivens, her repertoire centers on timeless jazz standards, smooth lounge selections, and refined vocal moments designed to elevate the atmosphere of any room.
Mayisha is a Spelman College graduate who sang with the Spelman Jazz Ensemble under the musical direction of Mr. Joseph Jennings, in Atlanta, GA. She pairs the rigor of her chemical engineering education with a lifelong devotion to music, bringing rare discipline, artistry, and emotional depth to every performance. Whether performing in an intimate jazz club, a conference reception, or a private celebration, Mayisha creates a soundscape that feels graceful, memorable, and deeply human.
